Nomination is open to all hospitals and healthcare firms in the Asia Pacific region.

Each can nominate up to 4 categories only.
-
A panel of chosen experts in the healthcare industry will evaluate and rate each nomination based on the write-up and supporting documents submitted.
-
Each nomination form is valid for 1 entry only. If you are nominating for several categories, please enter each entry separately.

Deadline for the submission of entries is on 30 January 2023.

Nomination is free of charge. If your company wins, you are obliged to attend the event and book any of the winners package options for the awards presentation. To know more about the winners package pricing and entitlements, please email [email protected].

HOW TO ENTER?
1. Go to the online nomination form.
- Read the award entry guidelines and eligibility for your reference.
- Fill out the company information and entrant details fields.
- Choose the category you'd like to enter.
- Provide project information: Project title, 500-word summary of the entry, and client testimonial/s (if any).
2. You will then receive an email confirmation from the HCA Awards organisers after your nomination has been received.
3. To substantiate your entry, send supporting documents or photos to [email protected].

How do I nominate?
- Go to the online nomination form and read the nomination guidelines.
- Fill in the required details about the company and contact person for the nomination.
- Select your category.
- Provide your project title, 500-word write-up, client feedback (if any), key achievements, and photos of the project that you are nominating.
- Wait for the nomination confirmation email and acknowledge it once received.
Note:
- Companies may submit up to four entries.
- Each nomination form is valid for one entry only. Fill out the form again if you will nominate another project or in another category.
- Photos are required while supporting documents are optional but will highly increase the chances of winning.

Can I nominate for more than 1 category?
Yes, each company can nominate for a maximum of 4 categories.
Can I send two or more entries for one category?
Yes, you can nominate for a maximum of two entries for a category. If you are nominating several projects, please enter each entry separately.
How many winners per category?
- There will only be one winner per industry category on each country ie. "Hospital of the Year - Singapore", "Hospital of the Year - Hong Kong", etc.
- There will only be one winner of CEO of the Year as this is a regional award.
Is there a cost to nominate?
Nomination is free. If your company wins, you are obliged to attend the Awards Dinner in Singapore and book any of the winner's package options. To know more about the winners package entitlements and pricing, please email [email protected]
Will there be an awards dinner this year?
Yes, Awards Dinner will be held this 2023. Further details will be communicated to the winners.
